The website does not let me change the pick-up time for my car rental at Chiang Rai Airport.

I tried yesterday but I did not confirm, and now only have the choice I put yesterday, I just wanted to delay it 30 minutes
There is no need to change the pick up time, you are allowed at least one hour delay.
could you please tell me where should I lead to pick-up the car? I dont know the airport in Chiang Rai.
